a. Payment Terms.
Posh Voyage’s initial fee for Services is $500, which is due before Posh Voyage begins work on the first trip proposal. Posh Voyage’s fee for trips costing a total of $15,000 or less is $500. For trips costing more than a total of $15,000, Posh Voyage’s fee will be 3% of the total cost of the trip, which will be invoiced and charged to your credit card once the trip is confirmed minus the $500 initially paid. The total cost of the trip used to determine Posh Voyage’s fee takes into consideration all of the following: hotel bookings, home/villa rental, airfare, car rentals, car transfers, excursions and tours, and other accommodations and experiences booked by Posh Voyage, but excludes taxes and service charges. Posh Voyage’s fees, when paid, are non-refundable. Please contact your Posh Voyage Concierge at stefanie@poshvoyage.com with any questions.
b. Current Card Information.
Posh Voyage will only accept payment by credit card and requires that you provide your credit card information upon agreement on the program to confirm the itinerary. Your credit card information is carefully stored in an online secured system and is used to hold reservations and bill you for products and services provided by Posh Voyage and Providers. You hereby authorize Posh Voyage, as Posh Voyage deems necessary in providing the Services, to provide your credit card and/or other Personal Information to third parties and Providers to assist you in a transaction you have requested, and to charge your credit card, in advance, for Posh Voyage’s fees, to hold reservations, to purchase products and services with Providers, and otherwise as you may authorize Posh Voyage from time to time. Please note that rates and availability are subject to change prior to full payment and some reservations may require a nonrefundable deposit.
You are required to pay all charges on time, and agree, when requested, to submit appropriate payment authorization in connection with charges for your credit card. Credit card transactions require an acceptable and currently working/continuously valid credit card number/account. We reserve the right to cancel your booking(s) if you fail to fully pay all amounts due in a timely manner. If your credit card expires or is otherwise declined for payment, access to the Services may be modified, suspended or cancelled, in Posh Voyage’s sole discretion and without notice to you. You shall pay all costs incurred by Posh Voyage with respect to collection of any past due amount, including, but not limited to, legal fees and expenses.
c. Third Parties; Third Party Charges; Currency.
The Services provided by Posh Voyage involve the interaction of a Posh Voyage Concierge with third parties on your behalf. Due to the wide range of Services that Posh Voyage may provide, while Posh Voyage will use reasonable efforts to provide you with appropriate information and resources, we cannot verify the authenticity, legitimacy or quality of any third party with whom we may interact on your behalf and we cannot be responsible for actions taken by these third parties. You acknowledge that some third-parties and Providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. By utilizing the Services, you acknowledge and agree that you will be solely responsible for any and all costs, charges, fees, taxes, and expenses incurred on your behalf with third parties, including, but not limited to, credit card transaction fees, non-refundable booking fees and fees for services or products. Posh Voyage is not responsible for any charges you incur in connection with the Services, Providers or otherwise.
All fees are quoted and payable in United States Dollars. If fees are paid in another currency, the exchange rate the day the trip is booked will be used. Please note that some banks and credit cards impose fees for international transactions. Additionally, your bank or credit card may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee and/or foreign transaction fee, and the amount listed on your credit or bank card statement may be in your local currency and/or may be a different figure than the figure shown on the billing summary page for the reservation booked on the Services. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank or credit card company on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
2. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS.
Any cancellations or changes should be made at least 72 hours prior to departure by contacting your Posh Voyage Concierge at stefanie@poshvoyage.com. If you decide to contact a Provider directly to make a change or cancellation, please contact the Provider as far in advance as possible to discuss your options. Please note that you will be solely responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred due to each Provider’s change and/or cancellation policies. Posh Voyage is not responsible for paying any cancellation or change fees or other charges.
a. Changes.
Where a change requested by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, additional Provider charges may apply. Please note that all reservation changes are subject to availability and the Provider’s terms and conditions.
Please note that changes to name details are not allowed by many airlines and other Providers. While we will endeavor make such a change if necessary, please bear in mind that most airlines and Providers treat a name change as a cancellation, to which standard conditions and charges would apply.
Flights must be taken in the sequence they appear on your ticket or eticket confirmation. If you plan not to take a flight as booked, please contact the airline as far in advance as possible to discuss your options. If you do not check in on time for a confirmed reservation, the airline may register you as a ‘no-show’, which could result in extra charges and/or your whole flight itinerary being cancelled and/or render your ticket void.
b. Cancellations.
If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a partial refund from the Provider(s). The applicable Provider’s cancellation terms and conditions will apply. Posh Voyage is not responsible to refund any monies to you or for a Provider’s failure to pay a refund.
